Sir Edmond Gin enters Switzerland

Dutch brand Sir Edmond Gin has arrived in Switzerland through a partnership with Swiss spirits importer TLK360.

TLK360 guarantees access to more than 100 venues across Switzerland, offers a ‘full-service package for both the supplier and the customer’ and, according to Sir Edmond co-owner T-J van der Drift, will ”take Sir Edmond Gin to the next level within Europe’’.

He continued: ”This new partnership is something we were waiting for, their 360 approach is something we value and they have access to the right platforms to share the magic of our bourbon vanilla-infused gin with a wider Swiss audience.”

Founded by three entrepreneurs, TLK360 aims to increase the gin brand’s presence in the Swiss market through ‘carefully designed’ marketing measures.

It also has an ‘exceptional’ network in the hospitality and luxury sector, and offers masterclasses, training, blog articles, brochures and more.

Karim Egli, one of the company’s co-founders, commented: “With Sir Edmond Gin we are happy to add an unparalleled craftsmanship product to our portfolio.

“We are convinced Sir Edmond will stand out in a competitive market and persuade the Swiss audience through its extraordinary taste and captivating heritage.”

The move to Switzerland continues the gin’s rapid expansion that has seen it land in Portugal, India, the Czech Republic, France and Réunion Island – where the brand’s vanilla pods come from – this year.

Recently, it also partnered with African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) to support charity by offering a donation for every bottle it sells, which was one of our 10 top marketing moves from August.
