Claudia Winkleman to host The SB Awards
By Melita KielyThe Traitors presenter Claudia Winkleman will present The Spirits Business Awards 2024.

The Spirits Business Awards (SB Awards) was established in 2019 to celebrate accomplishments across the spirits industry.
On 14 November, Winkleman will host The SB Awards at The Underglobe theatre in London. This year’s event has been revamped into a black-tie celebration for the first time.
Throughout the course of the evening, Winkleman – who also presents Strictly Come Dancing – will announce the winners of each category.
“Our events team has been working diligently behind the scenes to prepare this year’s SB Awards, and I’m delighted they have secured such a high-profile host in Claudia Winkleman,” said Melita Kiely, editor of The Spirits Business.
“The evening is shaping up to be a brilliant celebration of excellence across the spirits industry, and I am looking forward to applauding the success of our winners and runners-up at what is sure to be an unforgettable evening.”
The categories for The SB Awards span five core areas: Retail and Marketing, Sustainability and Innovation, Tourism, Products, and People.
Sponsors of this year’s awards include Dutch brand Sir Edmond Gin, which will sponsor the Spirits Distributor of the Year prize.
In addition, mixer brand Thomas Henry will sponsor the Spirits Retailer of the Year award.
E-commerce platform Tipple will sponsor the Brand of the Year prize at The SB Awards, and glass manufacturer GCA will sponsor the Spirits Bottler of the Year accolade.
Tickets to The SB Awards can be bought online. Sponsorship opportunities are still available by contacting Richard Cochrane, Ryan Graves, or Rhiannon Morris.
