Amber Beverage Group has unveiled two ready-to-drink (RTD) products for its Cross Keys Gin brand.

Cross Keys Gin entered the ready-to-drink market with two new variants

The new 5% ABV RTDs are Cross Keys Gin & Tonic and Cross Keys Gin Black Currant & Tonic. The gin brand is distilled with four botanicals: juniper, rosemary, chamomile and linden blossoms.

Māris Kalniņš, global brand director, said the company is seeking to “become the no.1 gin and tonic RTD brand in the Baltics”.

He continued: “We have developed an amazing product with a very tasty and refreshing liquid that will fit our consumers’ needs, not only during the summer months, but throughout the whole year.”

The canned gin and tonic offers flavours of lemon, lime and rosemary, while the Black Currant offering provides notes of lemon and blackcurrant.

Available in 330ml cans, the RTDs will be rolled out in the Baltics, followed by global travel retail and the UK later in 2021.

Amber Beverage Group recently unveiled new canned products for Moskovskaya Vodka and herbal liqueur Riga Black Balsam.

The RTDs are produced at the company’s production facility Latvijas balzams, which resumed can filling in 2020 to meet growing demand.

Luxembourg-based Amber Beverage Group saw organic sales increase 11% last year, boosted by its strong presence in the Baltics.

Amber Beverage Group also owns Tequila brands Rooster Rojo and Kah.

Over the past year, the firm also unveiled several new line extensions for Riga Black Balsam, including a super-premium XO made with French brandy and a chocolate and mint-flavoured expression.
