Spirited Awards selects US nominees
Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) has named the top 10 nominees across the US for this year’s Spirited Awards.
Taking place this year on 20-25 July 2025 in New Orleans, the 23rd Tales of the Cocktail (TOTC) festival will focus on the theme ‘Evolve’.
The Spirited Awards ceremony will take place on 24 July in celebration of the world’s best bars, products, individuals and media.
The awards are divided into geographical regions: Asia Pacific, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Caribbean, Middle East and Africa, US Central, US East, and US West.
The finalists are selected from a panel of more than 250 industry experts, with Ryan Chetiyawardana and Tiffanie Barriere serving as international and US chairs.
Co-chairs for the Spirited Awards’ US Central region are Amanda Carto and Joshua Gandee, with Jaymee Mandeville and Natasha Sofia co-chairing US East and Erin Shaeferle and Mary Allison Wright taking on US West.
“The Spirited Awards represent a celebration of the passion, dedication, and creativity that fuel the hospitality industry, offering a platform to honour the work of those who inspire and elevate our craft,” said Sofia. “For me, they symbolise recognition of individual achievements, the collective power of community, and the vibrant stories behind every cocktail. We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of the Regional Top 10 Honorees and their significant influence on local cocktail traditions.”
Last week, the European nominees were announced.
