The Spirits Business Awards (SB Awards) was established in 2019 to celebrate excellence in the spirits industry.

On 14 November 2024, the winners of each category will be revealed at a black-tie event at The Underglobe theatre in London.

Among the new categories for 2024 are the Bartender of the Year and Bar of the Year titles.

The Bartender of the Year Award recognises the pinnacle of mixology and hospitality, honouring an individual whose exceptional skills elevate the overall drinking experience.

Neit Whiskey co-visionary officer Guiseppe Stigliano said: “As a fast-growing small batch whiskey maker bringing a refined yet rebellious approach to whiskey consumption and enjoyment, we are proud to support the next generation of bartenders who are keen to experiment, who are culturally confident, open-minded, and innately curious.”

The entry deadline for this year’s awards is 28 June 2024. The shortlisted entries will be announced in August.

Categories span five core areas of the spirits trade: Retail and Marketing, Sustainability and Innovation, Tourism, Products, and People.

Last month, Neit partnered with ElevenTrade on an exclusive distribution deal to expand the brand’s presence in Italy.
