Master of Malt Trade sponsors new category at SB Awards
Spirits supplier Master of Malt Trade will sponsor the Bar of the Year prize at The Spirits Business Awards 2024.
The Spirits Business Awards (SB Awards) was established in 2019 to celebrate excellence in the spirits industry.
On 14 November 2024, the winners of each category will be revealed at a black-tie event at The Underglobe theatre in London.
As one of the new category entries in 2024, the Bar of the Year will be crowned this year for the first time, sponsored by Master of Malt Trade.
“We are delighted to partner with this year’s Spirits Business Awards as we believe that it is now, more than ever, imperative to support our wonderful industry and recognise those within it. We look forward to crowning 2024’s best bar,” said Liam Belton, trade lead at Master of Malt Trade.
The Bar of the Year category aims to recognise and reward the very best bars on the on-trade scene. Judges will be looking to hear about carefully curated cocktail menus, excellent décor and all other details that are key to creating an amazing atmosphere.
The entry deadline for this year’s awards is 28 June 2024. The shortlisted entries will be announced in August.
Categories span five core areas of the spirits trade: Retail and Marketing, Sustainability and Innovation, Tourism, Products, and People.
