Ramsbury joins Proof Drinks

UK-based Ramsbury Brewing & Distilling Company has appointed premium beverage specialist Proof Drinks as its distributor.

Proof Drinks will now manage the distribution and sales for the brand’s Single Estate Gin and Vodka.

Both Single Estate expressions are produced via a field to bottle process, which takes place on the Ramsbury Estate spanning more than 19,000 acres in the heart of England’s Kennet Valley in the Wiltshire countryside.

Fordham joined the company from Tarquin’s Gin in September 2022. He previously held the position of distillery manager at Chivas Brothers Limited in 2008, before taking up a subsequent role as master distiller for Bombay Sapphire.

Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is bottled at 40% ABV, while Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka rests at 43% ABV.

Both are sold at RRP £29.50 (US$36.30) for a 700ml bottle.

Last year, Proof added Spanish apéritif brand El Bandarra to its portfolio.

The company also joined forces with Irish cream liqueur brand, Coole Swan.
