Kirker Greer appoints operations manager

Ginato Gin owner Drinksology Kirker Greer has appointed Matt Bell as its operations manager.

Bell previously worked with leading Formula One constructors, McLaren Racing

Bell will be responsible for ‘shaping the future’ of Drinksology Kirker Greer’s global operations, and documenting how the company operates. He will also map process flows and find ways for the business to ‘become more efficient’ in its global expansion.

Bell commented: “Everything Drinksology Kirker Greer does is just ridiculously cool, and it is a company I have admired for a long time, from the creative side of the business to their world-class portfolio of premium and innovative spirits brands.

“The role was right up my street with the chance of streamlining the whole business as they continue their global expansion, but what sold it to me was the positive energy that came from the co-founders Steven Pattison and Richard Ryan. Their enthusiasm for the industry, the company, the brands, and the people instantly won me over.”

Bell formerly worked with leading Formula One constructors, McLaren Racing. There he managed worldwide air freight and road operations, and headed up the team accountable for stock control and component fitting.

The company recently expanded its team and named ex-Dead Rabbit bartender Peter Moore as global educator and ambassador across its portfolio, as well as Duty Free Global (DFG) as its global travel retail partner. DFG will be rolling out Kirker Greer’s spirits portfolio in global travel retail, including Ginato and Ukiyo Japanese Gin.

Kirker Greer also launched a whiskey to mark St Patrick’s Day in March, as well as cocktails to celebrate Valentine’s Day in February.
