Kadle joins Beam Suntory India as board chairman
Beam Suntory has appointed Praveen K Kadle as independent director and chairman of the board for the firm’s Indian arm.

Kadle will support Beam Suntory’s growth ambitions in the “key developing market” of India, where the company has set the goal of reaching US$1 billion in sales by 2030.
“Beam Suntory has an ambition to become the world’s most admired, fastest-growing spirits company, and the board of directors provides strategic vision and direction as to how the company should grow while operating ethically and with integrity,” said Neeraj Kumar, Beam Suntory’s managing director, India.
“It is an honour to have a business leader of the stature of Praveen Kadle join us on the board and guide the organisation in India as we pursue an ambitious growth agenda.”
Kadle has worked for almost three decades with Indian multinational conglomerate Tata Group, where he currently serves as chairman of Tata Auto Comp Systems.
During his time at Tata Group, Kadle worked as executive director for finance and corporate affairs and was the founding managing director of Tata Capital from 2008-2018.
The appointment of Kadle grows the number of board members to five.
