Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire launches in Canada
Jack Daniel’s has extended the availability of its cinnamon-flavoured whiskey liqueur Tennessee Fire to Canada, three months after the variant began its national roll-out in the US.

The expression, an infusion of the flagship Jack Daniel’s Old No.7 whiskey and “red hot” cinnamon liqueur, initially launched in the US last year.
Following a national roll-out of the expression, brand owner Brown-Forman revealed its intention to launch Tennessee Fire in the UK. The company now claims the flavoured whiskey will be launched in Canada this summer.
Its international expansion follows the widespread success of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, as well as the popularity of the cinnamon-flavoured whiskey category in the states.
“We were extremely pleased with the launch of our first liqueur, Tennessee Honey, in 2011,” said Jack Daniel’s master distiller, Jeff Arnett. “The success of Tennessee Fire in the US again proved our friends have a thirst for flavoured offerings, and we’re very excited to see how this product is received in Canada this summer.”
While Brown-Forman has taken a measured approach to Tennessee Fire’s roll out, so as not to cannibalise sales of Tennessee Honey, the cinnamon extension is already proving popular among consumers.
The group revealed that Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire grew 1.35 times faster than Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey did in its initial launch period.
Tennessee Fire (35% abv) will be available in Canada this summer and will be priced in line with Jack Daniel’s Old no.7 and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey.
