Glasgow Cocktail Week is back for its ninth year, with a new visual identity

Glasgow Cocktail Week has returned to its original name after being called Cocktail Fortnight in 2025.

The event will kick off with a new visual identity created by East End signwriter Amy Mac, AKA Altmojo.

Nicola Gemmell-Moir, organiser of Glasgow Cocktail Week, said: “It’s hard to believe we’re now in our ninth year. Glasgow Cocktail Week has always been about celebrating the incredible people who make this city’s bar scene one of the best in the world, and every year we look for new ways to spotlight them.

“After the success of Cocktail Fortnight last year, we’re really excited to return as Glasgow Cocktail Week with a fresh new look that reflects where the festival is today. As a proudly female-founded business, it felt important to work with another brilliant local female creative, and Amy Mac has created a visual identity that perfectly captures the energy, colour and personality of both the festival and the city.”

Tickets are now on sale, and nearly 70 venues have already confirmed their participation.

Last year’s festival showcased more than 300 exclusive signature cocktails from the city’s top bars, restaurants, and hotels.

One of the major additions for 2026 is the launch of city-wide cocktail trails. These trails will celebrate the creativity and talent of Glasgow’s bartenders and encourage festival-goers to explore every part of the city. The themed trails will be announced closer to the festival date.

The festival’s brand partners include Loch Lomond Malts, Brugal 1888 Rum, Patrón Tequila, St-Germain Liqueur, Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder, Belvedere Vodka, and both The Singleton and Johnnie Walker whiskies.

Glasgow Cocktail Week maps will be available to help visitors plan.

Festival wristbands will grant access to exclusive signature cocktail menus throughout the event. Additionally, wristband holders can enjoy £2 (US$2.70) off premium cocktails at participating venues.

After last year’s sell-out success, Glasgow Cocktail Week masterclasses will also make a return at Vega over both festival Saturdays. These include the Spicy Margarita Masterclass with Patrón Tequila, the Hendricks Gin cocktail experience, and ‘Learn how to make the perfect Spritz’ with St-Germain liqueur.
