Benjamin Nolf has joined as director of bars, while Henry Genneson has taken on the head bartender role.

Previous bar manager Kevin Rigault left Hôtel de Crillon last October.

Nolf, a graduate of Lycée Professionnel Hôtelier d’Orchies, brings 18 years in luxury hospitality to the hotel. He was previously director of bars at Le Gaspard and bar manager Jefrey’s Cocktail Bar, both in Paris.

Genneson, meanwhile, joins after serving as head bartender at Bar Vendôme at the Ritz in Paris.

At Bar Les Ambassadeurs, Genneson will introduce a ‘fresh, contemporary perspective’ to the bar, while Nolf’s aims to build on Bar Les Ambassadeurs’ reputation as ‘one of Paris’s most distinctive destination cocktail venues’ by ‘further elevating its signature offering’.

The pair said: “We are truly delighted to join the Rosewood family and to have the privilege of contributing to a bar as prestigious as Bar Les Ambassadeurs. It is a place where history, creativity, and craftsmanship come together seamlessly, and we look forward to playing a part in shaping its next chapter.”

Nolf and Genneson will also develop a new bar offering for the hotel later in the year, with details to be confirmed closer to the time.

Hôtel de Crillon is a Rosewood Hotel located at 10 place de la Concorde in Paris. It overlooks the Place de la Concorde.

Bar Les Ambassadeurs was shortlisted as a top 10 regional nominee for Best International Hotel Bar – Europe at the 2024 Spirited Awards.
