Pantalones Blanco secures Waitrose listing
Matthew and Camila McConaughey’s Pantalones Tequila has agreed its first UK supermarket listing at Waitrose.
The nationwide listing brings Pantalones Organic Tequila Blanco to more than 200 Waitrose locations across the UK.
The move follows the brand’s UK debut in June this year.
The husband-and-wife duo, who co-founded the brand in 2023, commented: “On our recent trip to the UK, we saw how naturally Tequila has found its place here. Launching with Waitrose is something we’re proud of.
“Tequila should be fun, and Pantalones is just that. Whether you’re sipping it, shooting it, or mixing it in a cocktail, it’s made to be enjoyed.
“The only thing we take seriously is the juice in the bottle; it’s organic, award-winning, and delicious. We’re excited to share it with our friends across the pond.”
Pantalones will be featured in the premium retail area at Waitrose Canary Wharf between 1-8 December.

Available now at Waitrose, Pantalones Blanco is offered at 40% ABV and retails for £40 (US$53).

As part of the brand’s UK activations plan, Pantalones will be served at London ice rink Skate at Somerset House in partnership with Virgin Atlantic Holidays.
Earlier this month, Pantalones released its first extra añejo expression, priced at RRP US$99.99.
