Teremana debuts limited design series
Actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Teremana Tequila has launched its first limited edition design series, called The Craft Editions.
The new limited edition bottles for Teremana signature blanco and reposado are inspired by the authentic production process of the small batch Tequila.
The blanco Tequila is presented in a blue bottle that reflects the brand’s use of 100% Blue Weber agave, while the reposado is housed in a metallic copper bottle, inspired by the handcrafted copper pot stills used in its production.
Teremana is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, using traditional production methods.
The new Craft Editions were created to honour the ‘Mana’, described as ‘a powerful force’ rooted in ‘good energy’ that brings people together.
Johnson, founder of Teremana Tequila, said: “I’ve always believed that if you respect the process and culture, be authentic and real with your words and actions, the rest takes care of itself. The Craft Editions feel deeply personal to me because it’s a tribute to that journey.
“It’s a way of honouring the agave that takes years to grow, our handmade copper pot stills and the team in our distillery who show up with pride every single day. Teremana has grown in ways I’m boundlessly grateful for, but at its core it’s still built on craft, gratitude and good, proud, hard-working people – that’s Mana.
“The Craft Editions are a reminder of where we started and the standards we’ll always hold ourselves to.”
The two bottles are available at retailers nationwide in the US.
Last year, Teremana Tequila announced its plans to expand into 20 new markets across Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia.
