Café del Mar Spirits hopes to launch in six European countries in 2026

The drinks division of the Café del Mar music and club franchise will focus its European expansion on Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, and Portugal.

Southeast Asia also presents a growth opportunity for the brand as it leverages the global success of its Phuket location.

The expansion follows a successful three-year introduction in the UK, Ibiza, and Luxembourg, during which the company produced more than 45,000 bottles and established key partnerships in both the retail and hospitality sectors.

Trade Winds Agency will lead the export rollout with a focused activation strategy, utilising country-specific teams.

Café del Mar Spirits’ portfolio aims to capture the ambience of Ibiza’s iconic sunset bar and includes Signature Gin and Vodka. Artisan Hierbas is crafted with traditional island botanicals to pay homage to Ibiza’s herbal liqueur.

Café del Mar Spirits aims to build a premium lifestyle platform that combines music, mixology, and Balearic culture.

Nicholas Reid, CEO of Balearic Drinks, commented: “The past three years have been extraordinary as we’ve built and honoured the legacy of such an iconic global lifestyle and music brand.

“Bringing our spirits portfolio to Europe marks a thrilling new chapter for us. With a truly experiential concept, stunning premium liquids and the backing of the world’s most famous sunset bar, we are poised for an exciting 2026 and the growth that lies ahead.”
