Italian ready-to-drink (RTD) brand Classy Cocktails has partnered with Helmsman Imports to enter the US market for the first time.

The Italian brand is said to focus on delivering premium, bar-quality cocktails in a convenient, fully recyclable aluminium format.

Classy Cocktails was created by Patrick Pistolesi, owner of Drink Kong Bar in Rome, Italy, and founder of NIO Cocktails.

The brand operates within the rapidly growing premium RTD segment, offering classic Italian-inspired cocktails as well as globally recognised serves such as the Negroni, Negroni Sbagliato, Spritz, Americano, and Espresso Martini.

Each cocktail is crafted with the premium ingredients and proportions that Pistolesi uses in his cocktail bar to ensure an identical tasting experience.

Classy Cocktails are crafted for both retail and hospitality channels, offering long drinks in 200ml bottles and short serves in 100ml bottles.

Helmsman will oversee the brand’s import operations in the US, ensuring compliance management, import execution, and logistics coordination as it enters the new market.

Juliette Dougherty, sales manager at Helmsman Imports, explained: “Classy Cocktails is aligned with where the RTD category is heading – premium, experience-led, and built for the way people drink today.

“Our role is to ensure the importing and compliance foundation is in place so the brand can focus on building demand in the US.”

The partnership further enhances Helmsman Imports’ international portfolio across spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, solidifying its role as a founder-led importing and services platform for brands entering or scaling within the US market.

Last month, the company announced new partnerships with Oregon-made Adam Vodka and Melbourne-based Tommy’s Booze.
