Claire Warner departs Diageo
By Melita KielyDiageo’s head of luxury advocacy, Claire Warner, has left the company after more than two years.

Warner is leaving to become a consultant dedicated to bridging the gap between health and hospitality.
She joined Diageo in 2023. Warner is also a member of the board of directors of the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, and co-founded non-alcoholic brand Æcorn.
The industry expert spoke passionately about the importance of health and wellbeing in the drinks industry on The Spirits Business Podcast earlier this year.
Regarding her departure from Diageo, Warner said: “It’s been an incredible privilege to champion the amazing people in our industry during my time at Diageo.
“From working on the World Class Cocktail Competition and Festival to helping bring the World Class Spirited Women Programme to life, to recently celebrating our Community Day with London Cocktail Week – there have been so many highlights.
“I’ve learned so much and have been inspired by my brilliant colleagues and industry peers, not just in the UK but around the world, and I’ve seen first-hand the power of community, mentorship and collaboration.
“My passion remains rooted in shaping a healthier, more inclusive future for our industry, helping brands find ways to support both people and planet and championing bars as integral, true, third spaces for our ever-changing society.
“I’m excited for what comes next and to continue driving positive change across hospitality.”
