Rebel Bourbon debuts Butter Pecan cream
Lux Row Distillers has introduced a butter pecan-flavoured cream liqueur to its Rebel Bourbon lineup.
The cream liqueur joins the wheated Bourbon brand’s portfolio, which includes Rebel 100, 10-year-old single barrel, Small Batch Reserve, Rebel 100 six-year-old, and 100 Proof Rye.
Offered at 30% ABV, the Bourbon cream displays notes of sweet vanilla, roasted pecans, toffee, Bourbon, cocoa, and brown sugar.
John Rempe, master distiller of Rebel Bourbon, said: “We used our award-winning Bourbon for the foundation and gave it a unique twist to create Rebel Butter Pecan Bourbon Cream. With a warm wheated finish, it’s smooth enough to sip on its own or enjoy as a bold and decadent complement to coffee or Rebel Bourbon cocktails.”
The liqueur will be available in September in limited quantities at Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky, and at retailers nationwide, with a suggested retail price of US$19.99 for a 750ml bottle.
Last year, the brand released a limited edition 100 Sherry Finish exclusively for the international market.
