The Spirits Business Travel Retail Beach Party takes place every year on the Monday evening of the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes, France.

This year, Le Tribute will be joining as the official gin sponsor of the event.

Solène Bruna-Fiorentino, head of marketing at MG Destilerías, said: “We are proud to sponsor the Beach Party in Cannes with Gin Le Tribute, marking our official debut in the world of global travel retail.

“This event is an exceptional platform to connect with key industry stakeholders and share our unique gins and signature serves in an engaging and vibrant setting.

“Partnering with The Spirits Business allows us to enhance our visibility through its dedicated travel retail communications, making it the perfect moment to elevate the presence of Gin Le Tribute. We look forward to an inspiring evening of connections, conversations, and celebration. See you in Cannes.”

Launched in October last year, Le Tribute was designed to emulate summer evenings in the Spanish countryside of Vilanova I la Geltrú, surrounded by salty sea air and fragrant lavender fields.

The gin is crafted at the family-owned distillery, where several distillates of a single botanical are blended to make the expression.

Black cardamom is a key botanical in the gin’s recipe, adding spiced, smoky and menthol notes. Lavender and sage are used to balance the cardamom, while lemongrass is distilled in water to preserve its aromatic potential, and to add freshness and citrus notes.

In 2024, The Spirits Business welcomed more than 400 guests to its annual gathering in Cannes, which has become a sought-after networking opportunity.

The party will take place on Monday 29 September at the Plage & Restaurant Croisette Beach.
