Paradiso Sustainability Summit returns for 2025
Giacomo Giannotti, founder of Barcelona-based cocktail bar Paradiso, will bring the annual Paradiso Sustainability Summit back for a fourth year on Sunday 30 March 2025 in partnership with Ketel One.
Returning to the city’s green event space Palo Alto this spring, the summit’s seminars and masterclasses will be accompanied by a public cocktail festival designed to showcase the finest sustainable brands, bars and cocktails from around the world.
The one-day summit and festival will feature a programme of seminars and events that will host some of the biggest names in the global bar community as they share their insights and experience to drive meaningful change within the industry.
The festival will also feature pop-up bars by eight of the world’s best cocktail venues who will collectively offer more than 25 cocktails to try, as well as street food, all-day DJ programming, a sustainable market, speakers, masterclasses, and activities to promote sustainability within the industry, both locally and internationally.
The summit’s curated programme will also address issues of social sustainability, exploring topics such as diversity, inclusivity and empowerment, as well as the industry’s greatest environmental challenges.
Giannotti said: “I am delighted that we are once again able to bring together the drinks industry’s most innovative minds to share their expertise on sustainable practises. Our goal with the summit is not just to spark discussion for the global community but also to create a platform where we drive greater change for our local community.”
In 2024, the Paradiso Sustainability Summit welcomed more than 1,500 attendees who experienced 24 hours of sustainable programming, featuring several venues from The World’s 50 Best Bars list including Himkok, Tres Monos, Alquímico among many others, alongside some of Barcelona’s most exciting concepts, such as Creps Al Born and Dr Stravinsky.
Early access to purchase tickets can be requested via the summit website: paradiso.cat/summit.
Paradiso received two Pins in the inaugural list for The Pinnacle Guide, which was published in May 2024.
The Spirits Business recently interviewed Giannotti about a gin he created in partnership with producer MG Destilerías.
