Entries open for The Spirits Business Awards 2025
After a record-breaking year, entries are now officially open for The Spirits Business Awards 2025.
The Spirits Business Awards was established in 2019 to recognise the finest brands and people across the global spirits industry.
Categories cover five key areas: Retail & Marketing, Sustainability & Innovation, Culture & Tourism, Product & Brand, and People. The deadline to enter is 27 June 2025.
For 2025, a new category has been added to the Brand of the Year award: Tonic & Mixer Brand of the Year.
Furthermore, the annual Alan Lodge Young International Drinks Writer of the Year Award has also been brought under The Spirits Business Awards umbrella. This award looks to discover talented drinks writers – covering all alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wine, beer and cocktails – from around the world.
In 2024, the inaugural black-tie awards ceremony took place at The Underglobe theatre in London, where Strictly Come Dancing presenter Claudia Winkleman announced the winners during a black-tie dinner.
“The Spirits Business Awards was a roaring success in 2024 – and we are already planning how to top this year’s celebrations in 2025,” said Melita Kiely, editor of The Spirits Business and chair of the awards judging.
“The calibre of entries in 2024 was incredibly high, and we were delighted to reward so many talented individuals, brands and companies for their achievements.
“I’m looking forward to judging next year’s entries, and I’ve no doubt we’ll be seeing even more examples of excellence across the spirits industry.”
