By Miona MadsenThe International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has opened the registration and housing reservations for the 2025 Summit of the Americas.

Registration is now open for the annual trade show, which will make its return to Miami next year from 8-11 March.
Michael Payne, president and CEO of IAADFS, said: “We are excited to be bringing the 2025 Summit to Miami, home for so many of our members and participating companies, and such an exciting city in which to host our event.
“We are appreciative of the early commitments we’ve received from our supplier community and look forward to welcoming key buyers, suppliers, and other valued industry stakeholders to Miami for the 2025 Summit.”
Summit of the Americas features a wide array of suppliers meeting with customers in booths, private exhibits, and meeting rooms. It also hosts a conference session programme and multiple valuable networking events.
For 2025, the summit will see a one-day shift from its traditional pattern. The opening cocktail will be on Saturday 8 March, and the exhibit area will be open on Sunday, Monday, and the first half of Tuesday.
Evening networking receptions complement education sessions on Sunday and Monday.
Exhibitor space for the 2025 Summit of the Americas is nearly sold out. The list of exhibitors can be found on the event’s website.
Other information on the site includes details about registration and housing.
Assignments will be completed, and the floor plan will be finalised in the coming weeks. The details for the conference session will be added as elements are confirmed.
IAADFS is a duty-free travel retail association representing store operators and suppliers primarily located in the Americas and the Caribbean.
