Neurita Tequila partners with Ferovinum
By Miona MadsenFlavoured Tequila brand Neurita has partnered with working capital platform Ferovinum to explore its market growth opportunities.

The strategic alliance aims to propel female-founded Neurita’s growth trajectory and expand its global footprint in the Tequila market.
The partnership with Ferovinum will help Neurita as the brand looks to invest in key growth activities, such as product development and market expansion.
Ferovinum has created an end-to-end digital platform that helps businesses like Neurita fund, produce, procure and sell to global wine and spirits markets.
Gregor Mathieson, director of spirits at Ferovinum, commented: “We believe Lucy and the Neurita team are perfectly positioned to capture a slice of one of the fastest-growing drinks categories and are proud to be providing the trading infrastructure and financial support for them to scale the brand across multiple markets.”
Lucy Smith launched Neurita Tequila in 2022 to challenge conventional Tequila norms with uniquely flavoured infusions.
Smith expressed her enthusiasm about the growing momentum and partnership: “This is an incredibly exciting and busy time for Neurita. The hard work is paying off as we experience remarkable growth for a brand still in its infancy. The support of our expanding team is invaluable, and I eagerly anticipate what 2025 will bring.”
The companies said the partnership would cater to growing demand for female-driven brands in the spirits industry.
Mitchel Fowler, co-founder and CEO of Ferovinum, said: “The wine and spirits industry is worth US$800 billion (US$1 trillion) annually, and yet we’re running it in an archaic and inefficient way.
“At Ferovinum, we’re passionate about building technology for the sector in a way that provides the rails for the most exciting next-generation of brands like Neurita to succeed.”
Last week, Neurita launched a crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube to elevate its international growth.
Earlier this year, the brand launched in several markets, including France and Australia and in travel retail with Gmax.
