Creamy Creation: revolutionising cream liqueurs

At Bar Convent Berlin we met Creamy Creation, the leading B2B (business-to-business) cream liqueur developer and manufacturer, to discuss the countless possibilities for the category.

The company’s experience, as innovation manager Jeroen Huiskes explains in our latest video, has given Creamy Creation unique insight into growth trends, which today include nostalgia, indulgence and growing off-premise consumption.

Creamy Creation is capable of creating a vast assortment of flavours and uses several base spirits, from whisky, Cognac, gin and rum to Asian spirits such as baijiu and shochu.

Its recent concepts even include a vegan line, made with real cream of coconut.

“It’s plant-based, vegan, allergy-free, even lactose-free,” notes Huiskes. “You can mix it with juice – such as pineapple juice to make a Piña Colada in a snap – but you can also mix it with hot coffee, which is very difficult for vegan products.”
