Miller is the author of a multivolume series of books

The summit will take place from 16-19 April 2023 at the Palm Beach County Convention Centre in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Miller is Franklin Covey’s senior advisor on thought leadership, and leads the strategy, development and publication of the firm’s best-selling books.

He hosts the Franklin Covey-sponsored On Leadership With Scott Miller podcast, which is said to be the world’s largest and fastest-growing weekly leadership podcast, and C-Suite Conversations, which features interviews with the world’s top executives.

“We are excited to have Scott Miller kicking off our conference programme for the 2023 Summit,” commented IAADFS president and CEO Michael Payne.

“Scott’s presentations at other events have been very well received and we’re looking forward to his participation.”

Prior to his roles as chief marketing officer and executive vice-president of business development, Miller served as general manager and client partner in Franklin Covey’s Chicago and UK offices.

In addition to Miller’s keynote, the 2023 programme will include sessions in collaboration with content partners Airports Council International for North America and Latin America and the Caribbean, ARRA, and the Tax Free world Association (TFWA).

The 2023 Summit will follow a different day pattern to previous years, with the Opening Reception to take place on Tuesday 18 April, before the exhibit booths and private rooms open to attendees from 19-21 April.
