Stock Spirits appoints Dugas MD
By Lauren BowesArnaud Jobard will become managing director (MD) of the Dugas division of Stock Spirits Group in June.

The appointment is said to mark the next phase of the group’s growth ambitions in France.
Jobard has more than 30 years of leadership experience across the global fast-moving consumer goods and beverages sectors, having held senior positions at Suntory Global Spirits, Suntory Beverage & Food, Danone and Coca-Cola.
He was most recently general manager for France at Suntory Global Spirits, where he led a business transformation programme focused on accelerating growth, reshaping commercial operations and strengthening route-to-market performance.
He said: “Dugas is a business with a strong reputation, an outstanding portfolio and significant potential for future growth. I am excited to join Stock Spirits Group at such a dynamic moment for the organisation and look forward to working with the talented Dugas team, alongside our customers and partners, to accelerate the next stage of development in France.”
Jobard succeeds Marianne Loing, who has stepped down for personal reasons.
Dugas joined Stock Spirits Group in 2023 and has become a ‘key strategic platform’ for the firm in France. Loing led the efforts to integrate the business into the group, onboarded the distribution of Clan Campbell, expanded the presence of Stock Spirits’ owned brands in the French market and strengthened its commercial capabilities and long-term growth foundations.
She will remain with the business in an advisory capacity over the coming months to support a smooth transition.
Steven Libermann, group CEO of Stock Spirits, said: “Marianne has played an important role in shaping the future of Dugas within Stock Spirits Group.
“Her leadership, commitment and deep understanding of the French market have helped build strong foundations for the business, strengthen the team and position Dugas for its next phase of growth. I would like to sincerely thank her for everything she has contributed.
“I am thrilled to welcome Arnaud to the group. He is a highly respected industry leader with an exceptional track record of transformation, commercial growth and team leadership across some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands. His experience, energy and strategic mindset make him the ideal person to lead Dugas into its next chapter.
“France is an increasingly important market for Stock Spirits Group and we have ambitious plans for the future. Arnaud’s appointment reflects both the scale of that ambition and our continued investment in building a high-performing international business.”
Stock Spirits Group appointed Libermann as its a new CEO in December 2025.
