Badel 1862 to distribute Nemiroff
Ukrainian vodka brand Nemiroff is growing its presence in Europe by partnering with Croatian distributor Badel 1862.
The Croatian company will represent Nemiroff in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia.
In these markets, the focus will be on Nemiroff De Luxe and Nemiroff De Luxe Honey & Pepper, with the chance for Nemiroff to potentially expand its product availability in the future.
Yuriy Sorochynskiy, CEO of Nemiroff, said: “It is a new destination for Nemiroff development in southeast Europe.
“So, I am glad and proud to introduce Nemiroff products to new customers together with Badel 1862 – the largest and oldest producer of wines and spirits in Croatia. We share [the] same values and are confident that this partnership will be beneficial for both sides.”
Badel 1862 uses the slogan, ‘drink less, but of the best!’
Nemiroff will work to support local consumers to create important drinking occasions.
“As a leading Croatian manufacturer and distributor of spirits, Badel 1862 will distribute Nemiroff vodka on the markets of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia,” added Darko Knez, CEO of Badel 1862.
“We are glad that we are becoming a partner of such a strong brand with respectable tradition and premium quality. We are hoping for the return of peace and normalisation of life in Ukraine as soon as possible, we are looking forward to a successful and long-term cooperation.”
The new distribution deal follows Nemiroff’s signing with Disaronno International in September.
In August, The Spirits Business caught up with the brand’s CEO to find out how the company was dealing with the Russia-Ukraine war.
The following month, in September, Nemiroff released a limited edition bottling to raise funds for people who have been affected by the conflict.
