Based in Germany, Pacific and Lime is the brand’s importer in Europe and a shareholder of Noble Coyote.

The mezcal is produced in San Luis Amatlán in Oaxaca, Mexico, using four different types of agave – Espadín, Tobalá, Jabalí and Coyote. The spirits are produced by maestro mezcaleros using artisanal methods.

The brand’s range includes five expressions: Coyote, Espadín, Jabalí, Tobalá and Capon.

The brand is committed to sustainability, cultivating species and varieties of wild agave and devoting considerable effort to reforesting the land with wild agave.

Mavolo Beverages, which is based in Padua, northern Italy, distributes brands such as Belgian gin Amuerte in some of the country’s top bars, Japanese distiller Kurayoshi, Austrian brewery Eggenberg, and soft drink brand Le Tribute.

Mavolo Beverages works with more than 2,500 wholesalers in Italy.

The company’s founder, Anthony Mavolo, opened a distillery in 1962, which ran until the late 1970s. However, the firm diversified its work into the distribution of drinks.

Mezcal Artesanal Noble Coyote – Coyote de Amatlán secured a Master medal in this year’s Tequila & Mezcal Masters.
