The Berlin-based brand will adopt a ‘bartender-first approach’ focusing on education and trade partnerships ‘with a particular focus on premium bars, restaurants and hotels.’

Benedikt Fimpel, director of international business at Thomas Henry, said: “The UK is one of the world’s most vibrant cocktail markets and our return marks a clear strategic step for Thomas Henry. In Brand Tap, we have found a partner who shares our ambition and belief in building brands through strong trade relationships.

“The partnership allows us to leverage our global trade network and further expand our growing community across 65-plus countries – making the UK relaunch another important milestone in our international growth journey.”

UK-based Brand Tap Group distributes a range of spirits including Aluna Rum, Evangelista Liquori, and Mr White’s Gin.

Tim Dunlop, chief commercial officer at Brand Tap Group, said: “Myself and the Brand Tap team are hugely excited to have secured the UK distribution rights to the Thomas Henry range of mixers and sodas. We are looking forward to relaunching the brand in our home market, a market that is significant to the history of Thomas Henry.

“Personally, having worked with the brand during my time in the wholesale space in the pre-Covid era, I know all to well just how highly respected Thomas Henry is across the UK bar tending scene.”

The UK relaunch will be accompanied by an advocacy programme led by hospitality veteran Chockie Tom, who previously worked for the brand in New York City and had a hand in the development of the brand’s Vivid Watermelon mixer.

“Thomas Henry was the first brand role I ever had, and it’s the brand that made me fall in love with advocacy and supporting bartenders,” said Tom. “Coming back feels a bit like returning to your first love. What has always made Thomas Henry special is that it genuinely listens to bartenders and creates alongside them.

“I’m excited to reconnect with the UK hospitality community and help build meaningful relationships that support bartenders across the country.”

In February 2026, Thomas Henry marked World Bartender Day with a ‘global appreciation initiative’ that delivered ‘appreciation boxes’ containing mixers and branded merchandise.

The brand’s international marketing lead, Marco Frizzarin, previously spoke to The Spirits Business about the importance of ‘first-to-market flavours’ such as watermelon.

The watermelon-flavoured mixer was one of five Thomas Henry products to win Gold medals at The Tonic & Mixer Masters 2026. This was in addition to four Master medals, including the top Taste Master award for the brand’s Citrus Lemonade.
