Belvedere goes al fresco with pop-up terraces

Polish vodka brand Belvedere has launched a botanical-themed outdoor terrace for its Organic Infusions line at three venues across the UK.

The terrace will showcase the LVMH-owned brand’s Organic Infusions range at three sites: The Social in Glasgow, Scotland; The Backyard at The Lightbar in Shoreditch, London; and Dalloway Terrace in Bloomsbury London.

The 40% ABV Organic Infusions line was released in May last year. The certified-organic range comprises three flavours: Blackberry & Lemongrass with a hint of Sage; Lemon & Basil with a touch of Elderflower; and Pear & Ginger with a drop of Linden Honey.

Jasmine Swann, Belvedere brand manager, said: “The Belvedere Organic Infusions range of flavoured vodkas make the perfect summer drink and are ideal for creating cool refreshing cocktails.

“We’re very excited to take this one step further by bringing the range to life for consumers in these stunning al fresco terraces, each with their own different interpretations, to create the ultimate summer drinking experience.”

The outdoor terrace at The Social in Glasgow opened in May with a botanical-themed bar, floral décor, crates of fresh seasonal fruits and bouquets of herbs.

The Social’s drinks expert Roddy Coyle curated a Spritz menu for the terrace using the Infusions line.

Guests can enjoy music every Friday night from The Social’s resident DJs, Steve Le Mash and Ross McIntosh.

In London, Belvedere partnered with the new Backyard street-side terrace at The Lightbar. The new terrace is said to be reminiscent of a bougie picnic or VIP festival lounge, featuring greenery and contemporary furnishings.

The site will offer Belvedere Organic infusion cocktails created by bar manager Ilija Kniasev, formerly of Annabel’s, including: Lemon and Basil Bomb, Blackberry and Lemongrass Bomb, and Pear and Ginger Bomb.

The Dalloway Terrace at the Bloomsbury Hotel in London will also open a themed terrace adorned with flowers featuring the colours of the Organic Infusions range.

Due to open at the start of July, the terrace will offer Belvedere cocktails, afternoon tea and food dishes using ingredients that claim to benefit mental health. A proportion of sales will be donated to the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) charity.
