Le Tribute’s new Bitter Aperitivo aims to bring a ‘more sophisticated’ alcohol-free option to consumers

Le Tribute Non-Alcoholic Bitter Aperitivo is designed for modern on-trade and premium retail settings, marking a strategic expansion for the brand beyond its established presence in premium mixers and gin.

The launch aims to present a more ‘premium, design-focused option’ for consumers seeking sophisticated alcohol-free alternatives.

Le Tribute’s Bitter Aperitivo is a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage designed to replicate the structure and complexity of traditional bitter aperitifs, while remaining 100% alcohol-free.

The product offers a balanced profile that combines ‘refreshing citrus notes with a clean, elegant bitterness’. It is best served over ice with a slice of orange.

Manu Girò, CEO of MG Destilerías, said: “With this launch, Le Tribute expands beyond mixology and enters the aperitivo occasion, offering a sophisticated alcohol-free alternative that stays true to our commitment to flavour, craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.”

Bitter Aperitivo was created with premium hospitality venues in mind, such as rooftop bars, terraces, and hotels, where the demand for high-quality non-alcoholic options is growing.

According to IWSR data, the global no-alcohol category experienced 9% growth in 2025 and is expected to grow an additional 36% by 2029.

Meanwhile, the aperitivo occasion is reportedly becoming increasingly popular in key markets, including the UK, Spain, Italy, and the US.

Le Tribute Non-Alcoholic Bitter Aperitivo is offered in 200ml bottles with a recommended selling price of €2.50 (US$3) per serve, as well as in four-bottle packs.

It is now available throughout Europe, with distribution in both on-trade and off-trade channels in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, and the UK.
