This year’s TFWA Cannes conference will be held from 2 to 6 October

The TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2022 is due to be held in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre from 9 to 12 May.

In June 2021, TFWA Asia Pacific took place virtually in Hainan.

The 2022 Asia Pacific event will be altered to ‘maximise opportunities for delegates to network both formally and informally in a safe yet business-conducive environment’.

The Singapore event will open for on-site registration on Sunday 8 May. The full afternoon conference will be held from 2pm to 6pm local time on the following day, with a livestream of events available for virtual viewers via the TFWA 365 digital platform.

The opening cocktail will follow on Monday evening from 7.30pm, providing a relaxed event for visitors to mingle.

The Asia Pacific show will run from 9am to 6pm on Tuesday to Wednesday and from 9am to 5pm on Thursday.

A new lounge for socialising and networking has also been set up for the show, open from Tuesday and Wednesday evening.

This year’s show will include a dedicated area for TFWA i.lab, which will present new innovations that will shape the future of the industry. An upgraded version of the 365 platform will be showcased at the TFWA i.lab during the fair.

The TFWA’s flagship World Exhibition & Conference event in Cannes, France, will take place on 2 to 6 October this year. It will have extended exhibition opening hours running from 9am to 6.30pm, with the TFWA lounge open each evening from 6.30pm.

A full programme of seminars, workshops and social events are being planned, as well as the opening cocktail event.

Erik Juul-Mortensen, who returned as TFWA president this year, said: “The response we received from the industry to our event in Cannes last year was incredibly positive, and delegates were grateful for the opportunity to once again meet friends and conduct business face-to-face.

“New additions to our events this year – supported with further enhancements to our TFWA 365 platform – will help us to deliver an even better experience for our members, both from a networking and business development perspective.”

Last year’s TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes welcomed more than 3,000 visitors and 272 exhibitors.
