Brockmans names new UK distributor
English gin brand Brockmans has appointed Proximo Spirits as its new distributor in the UK.
Proximo Spirits will take over the UK distribution rights for the English gin brand from Luxembourg-based Amber Beverage Group on 31 January 2022.
Amber Beverage UK, formerly known as Cellar Trends, became the distributor of the gin brand in September 2019.
Guy Lawrence, chief executive of Brockmans Gin, said: “I convey my thanks to Amber Beverage UK for the excellent work the team has undertaken. I particularly pay tribute to them for their efforts during the difficult sales period created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“This is a positive and exciting move for the next stage of development as our brand continues to grow, in the UK and worldwide.”
Last month, Brockmans revealed a new advertising campaign across London’s central tube stations.
Earlier this year, the brand expanded its US availability with new distributors in Washington and Minnesota.
