Natural Philosopher Menu

London bar The Natural Philosopher has this week launched a new cocktail menu, each made using natural ingredients that are used in traditional herbal medications.

Drinks on offer at The Natural Philosopher include a caffeine-free twist on the Espresso Martini, made using Buffalo Trace Bourbon, dandelion root liqueur and dandelion ‘coffee’.

The bar’s manager, Josh Powel, said: “For the new menu, we thought it would be fun, and in keeping with the ethos of the bar, to take a look at integrating some herbal remedies into our cocktails, rather than just the established botanicals.”
