Four Pillars appoints international trade manager

Australian gin brand Four Pillars has promoted Jen Bailey to the position of trade manager, international regions and global travel retail.

Jen Bailey has been part of the Four Pillars team since 2015

Bailey joined Four Pillars in 2015, moving from Sydney to Healesville where the distillery is based. She managed marketing and communications for the brand when it first opened its distillery.

Since joining Four Pillars, Bailey has transitioned to the trade side of the business, handling trade activations and marketing for the brand in Australia and across key export markets.

Four Pillars co-founder, Stuart Gregor, said: “Having been involved with the brand since we launched, there is almost no one in the business who knows Four Pillars as well as Jen.

“We look forward to her utilising her experience and knowledge of the brand to further focus our export strategy and deliver commercial outcomes for the business across these markets, as well as the global travel retail sector when that channel begins to open up again.”

In her new role, Bailey will report to Mark Lawton, Four Pillars’ regional trade and global travel retail director. Lawton joined the gin brand in October last year.

Earlier this month, Four Pillars appointed two new distributors in Singapore and Malaysia as it seeks to boost its presence in Southeast Asia.

Last month, Four Pillars opened a new bar, lab and retail space in Surry Hills, Sydney.
