Rooster Rojo Tequila to take part in 24-hour motor race

Amber Beverage Group-owned Rooster Rojo Tequila is gearing up to sponsor the J2 Racing team in the ADAC Nürburgring 24-hour motor race in Germany this weekend.

Rooster Rojo Tequila will sponsor the J2 Racing team

Set to take place in Nürburgring, Germany, from 22-23 June, the J2 team will be equipped with a new car – a GT3 Mercedes-AMG – to mark its sixth participation in the race.

Rooster Rojo signed a sponsorship deal with motorsport team J2 Racing in January last year. Rooster Rojo J2 Racing is the name under which a talented and experienced team of pilots participate in the global VLN and ADAC races.

“Participation in the event of such a scale is a huge victory for Rooster Rojo,” said Mantas Zlatkus, the global brand director of Rooster Rojo Tequila.

“To be seen by more than 400 thousand racing fans, to see your flame-red logo flashing in the global TV coverage, hopefully, to take winning photos on the podium is a really good visibility option for such a young brand.

“This is a year of success for Rooster Rojo as we already had its debut on the silver screen in the Avengement movie, and we are entering new markets and meeting new consumers all around the world.

“This race comes together with the recently opened German market which should make a noticeable contribution to overall brand results.”
