Rooster Rojo Tequila agrees motorsport sponsorship
Amber Beverage Group-owned Tequila brand Rooster Rojo has signed a sponsorship deal with motorsport team J2 Racing.
Rooster Rojo Tequila will sponsor the J2 Racing motorsport teamRooster Rojo Tequila will be the main team sponsor for the VLN Endurance Championship 2018, which comprises nine races.
Rooster Rojo, made with 100% blue weber agave, will also sponsor the team at the ADAC Zurich 24-hour race at the Nurburgring track in Germany.
Amber Beverage Group released Rooster Rojo in September 2017 – the company’s first new Tequila expression since it purchased Jalisco-based Fabrica de Tequilas Finos last year.
Amber Beverage previously told SB it plans to make Rooster Rojo one of the “top 100% agave Tequilas in the world over the next five years”.
