Drinks agency Tortuga Brands launches in UK
Two businessmen have partnered to establish a new UK-based sales, marketing and distribution agency, called Tortuga Brands.
Tortuga Brands is a new UK-based drinks agency
Tortuga Brands is the brainchild of managing director Gary Hazell and board director Peter Davie who share “many years” of experience working within the international beverage industry.
It will work to offer a “fresh approach” to building brands and growing super-premium spirits in the UK and overseas.
The following brands have already recruited Tortuga as their exclusive distributor: Willem Barentsz Gin, Raven Rare Blended Scotch Whisky, The Blue Beetle London Dry Gin, and Dark Matter.
Hazell said: “Our ethos is to nurture growing brands by getting them to market quickly and in the most appropriate way, whilst making the most of our excellent global contacts taking brands into international markets.
“We’re looking to expand our sales and marketing team in the UK and are actively recruiting recognised individuals in the industry to support our premium brand development.”
