SB headed down to The Sipping Rooms in Canary Wharf to try out a selection of Copper Dog whisky cocktails with food pairings.

In the Copper Dog Igloos, we sampled the Apple Dog, which mixed Copper Dog blended Scotch whisky with freshly pressed Granny Smith apple juice, and the hot Bakewell Punch, which saw Copper Dog mixed with berry cider, apple juice and almond syrup.

The blended Scotch brand paired its cocktails up with chargrilled chicken drumsticks, grilled halloumi with red cabbage slaw and BBQ pork sliders with Louisiana fries.
