Spirit Show launches subscription service
By Kristiane SherryThe Spirit Show London organisers have launched The Spirits Society, a monthly subscription service focused on artisan distillers and cocktail serves.
The Spirits Society is a new subscription service from the organisers of The Spirit Show
UK customers can select which spirit they would prefer to receive – a gin-, vodka-, whisky- or rum-based box – with subscriptions available over three-, six-, or 12-month periods.
Each subscription pack includes a full-size bottle of spirit, mixers, garnishes and snacks, plus tasting notes, cocktail ideas and information about the hero spirit.
The first boxes have been sent out to coincide with Valentine’s Day on 14 February.
“We have been overwhelmed with the interest we received from the inaugural Spirit Show last December,” said Kiran Mahey, marketing manager, The Spirit Show and The Spirits Society.
“We already have a fantastic database of show customers who are keen to receive a taster of the show sent to their homes each month.
“There are already several subscription services available to consumes, but ours is different as it allows consumers to pick from a range of spirit categories. Plus, if customers introduce their friends they are rewarded with free tickets to The Spirit Show.”
Three-month subscriptions are priced at £120, six-month packages are £240, and 12-month offers are available for £480.
The next edition of The Spirit Show London will take place on 1-2 December at The Business Design Centre, London. Last year, the event featured more than 200 different spirits plus guided tastings and seminars.
