Cullins, who also serves as a senior advisor with ANGO World Holdings, will focus on developing global distribution and sales channels for Perfect Vodka, and PBCP’s Airtab social engagement app.

He joins the business with more than three decades of experience in the international drinks industry, including five years as Stoli Group CEO. He left Stoli as part of a “restructuring” exercise in October 2016.

Prior to joining Stoli, Cullins was based in the US as Heritage Brands president and CEO. He has also held senior roles with Maxxium Worldwide and Shaw Ross International Importers.

Before going into business, Cullins served in the US Marine Corps. He gained a BA in Economics from New Mexico State University and studied at Harvard Business School Center, Ashridge Financial College in London and INSEAD in France.

“As we continue to grow and expand our global reach, it is important we have strategic advisors in place,” said PBCP CEO, Dennis Cunningham. “The addition of Rob demonstrates PBCP’s strength in the spirits market. Rob has an unbeatable track-record and we are excited to accelerate our growth around the world.

“With Rob’s leadership, we are poised for even more expansive growth on the global stage in 2017 and beyond. We are excited and we are ready!”

Cullins added: “Perfect Vodka and Airtab are two stellar brands on the verge of major growth. I’ve been monitoring the growth and I am very excited to assist through expansion and introductions into new markets around the world. Both brands have very exciting futures ahead.”
