Teeling debuts 26yo single malt at Dublin Airport

Teeling Whiskey Company has launched a 26-year-old single malt in its limited edition range, The Centenary Series Whiskey Collection, in celebration of Ireland’s cultural history.

The Centenary Series Whiskey Collection is a five-series limited edition Irish whiskey range

The Centenary Series Whiskey Collection is a five-series limited edition Irish whiskey range, celebrating “seminal moments and inspiring figures” from Ireland’s cultural history.

The 26 Year Old Single Malt Irish whiskey marks the 100th year anniversary of the Easter Rising and celebrates the works of Irish poet W.B. Yeats.

Teeling has launched the range in partnership with ARI, which manages the travel retail operations at Dublin and Cork Airports, and The Aviators Whiskey Society, which was set up by ARI retail staff in Dublin Airport.

Jackie McDonagh, general manager, ARI Ireland said: “I’m also delighted to welcome the third edition of The Centenary Collection to the Irish whiskey collection at The Loop, Dublin Airport.”

The new expression joins a 24-year-old single malt and a soon to be launched limited edition 33-year-old whiskey.

Stephen Teeling, sales and marketing director at Teeling Whiskey, added: “Our partnership with ARI is a crucial pillar for our global travel retail business. ARI has been a great advocate of the renaissance in Irish whiskey and saw us as a perfect partner to drive their premium Irish whiskey sales. Since 2013 we have launched eight collaborative bottlings, grown our business by over 500% and hosted over 15 educational/immersion seminars with ARI staff.”
