Kings County has created the “world’s only” peated Bourbon
Kings County Peated Bourbon is made from malted barley grown and kilned in Scotland, which has been exposed to peat smoke.
The resulting liquid is a “Scotch-like” Bourbon “flavourful and robust” having been aged in a new barrel, with a “light smoky finish reminiscent of single malt”.
In addition, the distillery has also released Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon bottled at 63% abv, and Grapefruit and Jalapeño Moonshine made by infusing its core moonshine with grapefruit and jalapeño peppers.
The range will be distributed by Amathus in the UK.
