Diageo GTME is joining Singapore’s SG50 celebrations with a limited edition Johnnie Walker Blue Label Cities Collection release

DFS and Singapore Changi Airport will host large-scale activations of the latest release, which features the Singapore skyline. All departures and arrivals stores will feature the Cities Collection edition, with a piece by international artist and paper sculptor Jeff Nishinaka displayed in Terminal 3.

The wider Cities Collection developed in partnership with Nishinaka features limited edition, TR-exclusive designs depicting world-famous cityscapes.

Peter Fairbrother, global marketing director, Diageo GTME, said: “Following the success of the 2013 Johnnie Walker Blue Label Skyline Collection range, and the recent launch of the Dubai edition of Johnnie Walker Blue Label Cities Collection, we are immensely proud to offer this Singapore SG50 Limited Edition Design, in close partnership with DFS and Changi Airport Group.

“This series beautifully brings to life some of the most iconic travel destinations in the world, therefore it is only fitting that it is exclusive to travel retail.

“As such it serves as a unique souvenir of a great journey or to mark an historic occasion: Singapore’s Golden Jubilee.”

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Cities Collection Singapore edition is available now exclusively at Changi Airport with a recommended retail price of SGD 288 (about £133).

The National Day of Singapore is celebrated every year on 9 August, with special events held throughout the 7-10 August Jubilee Weekend.
