Crystal Head debuts ‘spicier’ Aurora vodka
Crystal Head Vodka is set to expand its range in the UK with a “drier, bolder, spicier” expression, which will be presented in a limited edition bottle design based on the Northern Lights.
Crystal Head Aurora is a “drier, bolder spicier” version of the core expression
Crystal Head Aurora is still presented in the brand’s staple skull-shaped bottle, but has been given an “iridescent” design to evoke the Lights, otherwise known as Aurora Borealis.
The vodka also swaps its Canadian corn for wheat grown in England’s North Yorkshire for a “spicier” flavour. Aurora is then five times distilled and filtered seven times, with three of the filtrations passing through layers of diamonds.
Crystal Head each bottle of Aurora is “unique” and has “mysterious visual properties”.
The limited edition bottle has been released in Australia this month, but will be available in the UK from October 2015 at an RRP of £79.99.
Founded in 2008 by actor and musician Dan Aykroyd, Crystal Head Vodka is now sold in over 42 countries around the world.
Last month, the brand revealed a new 50ml miniature edition of its signature skull bottle in London, at the same time showcasing its Deconstructed Martini activation.
