Bordeneuve Châteaux launches flavoured Armagnac

Craft producer Bordeneuve Châteaux & Collections has introduced Blanche au Citron, a white Armagnac flavoured with lime.

Blanche au Citron marks a new direction for Bordeneuve Châteaux & Collections.

Developed with bartenders and the cocktail industry in mind, Blanche au Citron is made from 100% single estate Ugni blanc Armagnac. It can be drunk neat over ice, or used as a base spirit for mixing with granitas given as a suggested serve.

The Blanche au Citron liquid is bottled at 40% ABV in a heavy glass Kendo bottle with a screw cap. It is presented in vibrant, modern packaging with an RRP of €25.

Bordeneuve Châteaux & Collections is a family-run, Gascony-based company producing and ageing eaux de vie. Blanche au Citron marks a new direction for the brand, which has previously produced more traditional Cognac, Armagnac and calvados products.

Blanche au Citron’s launch comes the same week as a report suggests flavoured vodka is losing market share to other flavoured spirits, including flavoured bourbon.
