Kentucky-GentlemanRospotrebnadzor also recently proposed to ban Sazerac-owned Kentucky Gentleman Bourbon over alleged health and quality concerns.

The agency claimed to have detected signs of phthalates organic chemicals, which are capable of causing cancer and fertility problems, among other health concerns.
