Vestal Vodka appoints Maverick as UK distributor

Craft vodka brand Vestal Vodka, a Polish potato vodka bottled by vintage, is to be distributed in the UK by Maverick Drinks.

Vestal Vodka has appointed Maverick Drinks as its UK distributor

The brand was launched by Will Borrell, brother of Razorlight frontman Johnny, in 2010.

“Maverick Drinks has a wide portfolio of handcrafted spirits and shares many of the same values as we do at Vestal,” said Borrell.

“Their refreshing approach to brand development is creating quite the stir in the drinks industry and they’re the kind of people we love to work with.”

Vestal Vodka is made from potatoes from single regions, keeping the impurities in order to “add flavour”.

“Vestal has challenged the dominant players in the Vodka market and produced one of the most flavourful and exceptional spirits available,” said Michael Vachon, head of brand development at Maverick Drinks.

“We’re excited to bring them on board and feel that they perfectly compliment our existing portfolio of craft spirits.”

Each vintage of Vestal Vodka is now available through Maverick Drinks at RRPs ranging between £29.55 and £514.29.
