Camus to distribute Trianon Tequila in the US

Camus Wine & Spirits has signed an agreement with GDL Imports to distribute Trianon Tequila in the US via Camus’ American subsidiary, CIL US.

Trianon Tequila will be available in Florida, New York and Georgia in the US this month

Trianon Tequila – a small-batch, handcrafted, super premium Tequila from the town Amatitán Jalisco – was first launched in Tennessee in 2012 and will now be rolled out additionally in Florida, New York and Georgia this year.

“From the very beginning we have not only been impressed by the quality of Camus’ products and professionalism of their team, but also their philosophy about bringing a new, super-premium spirit to market,” said Eduardo Gomez, president of GDL Imports. “Trianon Tequila is in perfect alignment with this vision.”

Tequila Trianon is made from blue agave grown at the foot of El Volcan de Tequila in Mexico.

Cyril Camus, president of Camus, said: “After the distribution agreement with Beluga in China and Hong Kong, this partnership is another milestone in building Camus W&S’ international spirit distribution profile.

“Trianon high-quality crafted Tequila will complement Camus Cognac very well in the US.”

Four expressions of Trianon Tequila will be distributed by Camus from March: Trianon Blanco 750ml at an RRP of US$39.99, Trianon Reposado 750ml at an RRP of US$45.99, Trianon Anejo 750ml at an RRP of US$49.99 and Trianon Triple Bottle 750ml at an RRP of US$79.99.
