Aperol takes Spritz to Lollapalooza
Campari Group’s Aperol Italian aperitivo will head to Chicago as an official sponsor of the Lollapalooza music festival.

Aperol’s sponsorship of Lollapalooza is part of the brand’s initiative to boost its presence across the US.
Building on the ‘Share the Moment’ campaign, Aperol will bring its Day Club concept to Lollapalooza from 30 July to 2 August.
The branded space in the festival’s Cocktail South area is designed to embody Aperol Spritz’s ‘golden-hour essence’ and foster shared moments.
The Aperol Day Club offers a multi-sensory experience inspired by the signature Spritz and features a ‘larger-than-life’ tree and flower grove, immersive photo opportunities and more.
At the centre of the activation is the dance floor, a hub set to the beat of live DJs all weekend long. The lineup includes Jordan Martin, Tommaso, Kingineese and Gurlfrnd.
Visitors to the club will have opportunities to score premium prizes, including branded accessories, aftershow passes, and VIP upgrades.
Attendees can also sample Crodino, a new non-alcoholic, ready-to-serve Italian Spritz, between 2pm and 6pm CST.
“At its core, Aperol is about bringing people together to share unforgettable moments. Teaming up with Lollapalooza allows us to amplify that mission, giving festival-goers even more ways to share the moment and make lasting memories,” said Allison Varone, head of marketing at Campari America.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to introduce music lovers to Aperol’s unmistakable energy. We can’t wait to foster those unique connections at the Aperol Day Club, toasting with the sparkling spirit of an Aperol Spritz.”
Aperol also extends the weekend celebration across the city of Chicago, hosting takeovers such as The Aperol Day Club experience on the Chicago River.
In 2025, Aperol sold 10 million nine-litre cases, making it the best-selling speciality spirits brand in the world.
Earlier this year, the aperitivo unveiled a new bottle design, reinterpreting its classic appearance with a contemporary Italian look.
